Emilie’s therapeutic approach is a blend of her manual therapy training and functional movement pattern correction. Functional movement screening and assessment helps to pinpoint the cause behind chronic conditions like repetitive strain injuries and low back pain. It can also be used to help prevent movement dysfunction following surgical procedures as well as sprain and strain injuries. A careful analysis of movement strategies in combination with a thorough assessment of the involved joints and muscles is used to develop a personalized treatment plan to get you back to regular activities and return to sport

Emilie has worked with athletes of all levels including football, basketball and soccer players as well as with athletes in aquatic sports such as competitive swimming, synchronized swimming, and diving.
